13 March 2013 Prepare the annexure of purchase goods and at the time of filing of return you will take the cenvat credit from annexure.

While you will be filling ER -1 you will find detail of the CENVAT credit taken and utilze.
Under utilse there will be an option as '' Credit utilise when input and capital goods are removed as such'', . All purchase returns are need to mentioned there .

I have filled CENVAT Credit amount correctly in the rows as you said.But i think there is no row for entering value of purchase returns in the ER-1
