I'm registered as an articled clerk in Chennai. However, as I am hailing from Kerala, I selected an exam centre in Kerala for CA Final exams.

The first group exams got postponed in Kerala due to the Panchayat Elections. So the revised timetable in Kerala was in such a way that we had to write the second group exams first(9,12,14,16 of November) and then the First group exams (18,20,22,24 of November)

Now, the exam started only on 9th of November. My query is that will the period from 01-11-2015 to 9-11-2015 be treated as on-duty or leave ?

I have recieved a notice from IT dept to file a return for AY 13-14 which I have not filled because my income is 30000/- under the limits.IT dept had collected information regarding the transactions mentione below with my PAN card number.

1.Contract of 1000000 or more in commodity exchange.

2.Purchase of equity shares in recognised stock exchange.

3.Sale of equity shares.

4.TDS return filled.

Please provide if now I have to file return for Ay 13-14 can i get any tds refund or not.Is it mandatory for filling return

I had submitted form 108. Inst asked me to serve extra 109 days since i had taken excess leave. My office is in chennai.I cant go there and serve because i have severe medical problems. i want to serve in some other place near my home town. What should i do now? please anyone help me.its urgent.Because i planned to write exam in may16. I want to complete within that period. Please help me.

I have mistakenly not registered a service with service tax department in my form st-1. And i have paid service tax to that non registered service. Can i register now by normally ammending st-1?
Is there any penalty or interest i have to pay for non-registering a service?

Can i file service tax return for non-registered service?

I just registered my private ltd company, and I am the Managing director. Can I still work as an IT consultant (out of my company), and get into my personal current account (like a proprietor)?
Or am I not allowed to do it because they come under the same category?

Hello friends,,,,,iam currently pursuing cs executive course,,,i want to join b com degree in ignou,,, i want to know the duration of the course.....is it three year course if i register with igonu before passing cs executive exam ....or will the duration of the course will be reduced to one year....if i register after passing cs executive....please help me,,,,

Kindly assist on following thing
i filied DIN Application and at the time of Prescrutiny the form says that " The system has identified your application as potential duplicate based on name, Father's name and DOB"
But the applicant was not file any application earlier(The same was clarified by Applicant and Me also checked on MCA site)
Lastly Application was Filled

But in MCA Portal DIN Application Status shows appproved and Certificate was unable to Download

What can i do now?
