I'm registered as an articled clerk in Chennai. However, as I am hailing from Kerala, I selected an exam centre in Kerala for CA Final exams.
The first group exams got postponed in Kerala due to the Panchayat Elections. So the revised timetable in Kerala was in such a way that we had to write the second group exams first(9,12,14,16 of November) and then the First group exams (18,20,22,24 of November)
Now, the exam started only on 9th of November. My query is that will the period from 01-11-2015 to 9-11-2015 be treated as on-duty or leave ?
