21 November 2015 I had submitted form 108. Inst asked me to serve extra 109 days since i had taken excess leave. My office is in chennai.I cant go there and serve because i have severe medical problems. i want to serve in some other place near my home town. What should i do now? please anyone help me.its urgent.Because i planned to write exam in may16. I want to complete within that period. Please help me.

21 November 2015 you can serve the additional period with any CA. Fill Form 102 and 103 for the remaining period.

05 January 2016 Thanks Sir. I have another doubt. I got a letter from inst to serve 124 days which ends on 31st may 2016. Now if i write exams in may16 will the leave taken during exams will be again consisdered as excess leave? will there will be any prob from inst point of view for writing exams on may16?
