wheather trasfer from one firm to another firm in 1st year of articleship is allowed??? how much time we can take such transfer?

We had worked jointly and made an individual firm named at A. Now as due to the family disputes we now want to get the possession of the same can we transfer the assets and liabilities of the individual firm to us with the consent of proprietor if yes how can the same be done as the Bank Limit is also taken on that name and the other new individual file is not having that amount of capital in it. Can we transfer the firm in our name if yes then please tell the way on to which the same can be done.

Hi all, Our client has raised invoice for rendered services and Tds credited to his PAN Account in time.But he has not received the amount either by cash or cheque till year end.In the next financial year the invoice got cancelled. How to treat the invoice amount and tds? Shall I go as per AS-4?

The assesse is a marine officer who earns 3800 usd p.m into his NRE a/c from an indian company with foreign ownership and abroad voyage . he joins vessel on march 11 2013. In P.Y 13-14 he had worked on indian seas with indian co. and has been deducted tax at source. now that for AY 14-15, he has income in inr and usd. which ITR Should we use. and should we disclose the income for mar 13 in USD to the IT dept. please advice me..

Actually I got dsc from my ca but now I have no clue where ca is. So I too don't know the company which issued dsc.

I would like to know how to proceed for dsc renewal.
