Sir, My uncle and aunty takes a joint home loan my aunty share in loan is 50:50 and in house my aunty share is 60 amount of principal amount repyment is 65000 during the year. My aunty is a teacher and wants to claim benefit of house loan repayment. How this calculation can be made. Can she claim full amount of repayment?

There are two friends, running a tuition class under ONE premise. They want to enter into rent agreement with owner. Can it be possible to execute rent agreement by more than one tenant for single premise and pay rent equally or in any other percentage ??
My another question is,
Rent will be Rs. 3,00,000 p.a. to be paid by both equally. So whether they required to deduct TDS while making rent payment ????? As limit of TDS on rent paid is Rs. 180000 p.a., and both pay rent of Rs. 150000 individually, so TDS provision will not attract. Am I Correct on this ???

Gud morning We all know that .....HUF cannot invest in its name in ppf but the same HUF can make nvestment in its membera ppf account and avail the benefit of 80C......... My query is if member is also taking benefit of 80c in full from some other means( apart from ppf) of 80c investment... then is it possible for huf to invest in ppf account of that member and avail the benefit of 80c.... Let me brief about the case.
There is a developer who constructs a office building and after leasing out for 1 year he decides to sell the building with all the tenants.
What will be tax treatment of the lease income received and the sale of leased out property.
My view point:
1) For the rental income: tax Income under PGBP and claim the full depreciation on building.
2) For the sale purpose: Segregation of stamp duty value of Land & Building and charge capital gains (capital gain u/s 50 in case of building and long term capital gain in case of land to be charged) and for the amount which is received over and above the stamp duty value of land & building as Tenancy Rights (capital gain by taking COA = 0) would be charged.
