16 January 2017 Sir, My uncle and aunty takes a joint home loan my aunty share in loan is 50:50 and in house my aunty share is 60 amount of principal amount repyment is 65000 during the year. My aunty is a teacher and wants to claim benefit of house loan repayment. How this calculation can be made. Can she claim full amount of repayment?
