16 January 2017 To all the respected quality personality of our esteem institues, My family business is property dealing on a small scale since the new and various steps taken by government specifically in the area of property dealings,it is came to know that we can't do business of property dealing unless we form a company. in our case we approached a CA and he suggested us to form company of 20 people with equal share,now I would like to know is there any other best alternative. please suggest me in relation to property dealings how we can do?
