my employer wants to write off fixed assets in FY 2016-17 but the assets have remaining life 5Years.
what is the procedure, how we can write off?
can we charge that amount to P&L account?
please guide me.

Can a director, who has issued 25 odd cheques of a private limited company on different-different dates and signed Loan documents on behalf of company as its authorized signatory, but has never involved in real business of the company be termed as "Whole time director"?

I got attestation in Certificate of Service from my Principal and uploaded it, I got my exam form and pasted my photo and have signed it. Is it compulsory that I have to get attestation only from my Principal or any other Auditor ?
