15 February 2017 Hello sir I have a doubt regarding EPF AND ESIS regulations for manpower supplier , whether EPF and ESIS provisions are applicable to them and if yes or no pls reply soon Thanks in advance

15 February 2017 Yes, both ESIC and EPF is applicable for Man power supply. Otherwise principal contractor will deduct the same from your bill.
