Hello sir
I have a doubt regarding EPF AND ESIS regulations for manpower supplier , whether EPF and ESIS provisions are applicable to them and if yes or no pls reply soon

Yes, both ESIC and EPF is applicable for Man power supply. Otherwise principal contractor will deduct the same from your bill.

sir but EPF PPROVISIONS ARE COMPULSORY FOR FACTORIES AND MANPOWER SUPPLIER IF NOT PROVIDING MANPOWER TO FACTORIES THEN ALSO IT IS APPLICABLE
