Can there be rental agreement between KARTA of HUF and same HUF ?

X is karta of HUF
HUF is owning a building
HUF gives on rent to X

Is it possible ?

I am a practicing CA and i am getting remuneration from my firm as allowed under section 40(b)
On computation of total income of mine ,interest and remuneration received from the Firm is treated as an income from business or profession.
from that income Shall I deduct depreciation on motor car used wholly for my professional purposes

our company paid the Development fee of Rs. 1 crore to Urban Development Authority
(UDA) WITHOUT DEDUCTING THE tds

Shall we do that ? , the company assumption is trhat UDA means government
