An assessee has sold his 2 residentail house properties one in mumbai and the other in bangalore and purchased a new house in bangalore. My question is that can he get capital gains exemption u/s 54 of the act or any or exemption which makes capital gains exempt

I would like to know the requirements to set up an 100% EOU Unit, whether the unit can sell within India as well, whether it can do trading activity i.e. import and export and sometimes purchase and sell in DTA as well and what are the tax compliances for an EOU unit.

WHILE FILLING THE RPU SOFTWAER OF NSDL I AM FACING A PROBLEM. I AM FILLING 24Q OF A GOVT. DEPT. . THE DEPT. PAYS ITS INCOME TAX BY TRANSFERING THE AMOUNT THROUGH TREASURY. SO THERE IS A TV NUMBER. NOW WHILE FILLING THE COLUMN OF TANSFER VOUCHER/ CHALLAN SERIAL NUMBER THERE IS AN ERROR THAT I HAVE TO FILL THE BSR CODE . PLEASE SLOVE THE PROBLEM

I am a salaried person. Recently my 1 year son underwent a Heart Surgery for closure of his ASD/VSD (Holes in the heart). He has aslo been diagonised with Mosiac Down Syndrome and West's Syndrome (serious form of infantile spasms/epilepsy in infants). I had spent around 3.00 Lacs for his surgery which was conducted in the month of Feb 09. I wanted to know, whether I can claim the Exemption u/d 80DD.

Admissible deduction u/s 80JJAA is 30% Of addi.wages paid to regu. workmen.It is available for 3 Ass. Yrs but how?
(a) Wages of 1 Yr is available For 3 Yrs?
(b)It is available for only 3 Ass. yr in the entire life of the entity?

Can any one give breif idea on "Limited libility partnership"?
