will there be an exemption U/s 54F on purchase of a vacant land (in a residential area)?
if not, should we construct a building (say 1 room on a site of 50'x 80')and for the purposes of exemption will they consider the cost of the land or only the building cost or both?
please help

Related to Tax Audit

I read some where that a Tax Auditor has no right to check whether the company has deducted TDS on proper rate or not. Tax Auditor is restricted to report on the matter whether they (i.e Company) has deducted a TDS or not. Whether it is true or not??

leave policy

Hi,
This is Kavita
I have framed a lebral leave policy for my compnay stating that compay has lebral leave policy and there will be no accumulation of leave at the end of the year and no carry forward of leave will be available also no encashment of leave will be given if employee does't go on leave during the year. Is this a fair policy or I have to make a provision in my accounts for the minimum leave which employee has not availed.
My company is stock broking house.

Regards,
Kavita
