i have a small pvt ltd company, from 01-04-12 to till date i didn't paid service tax , now i want to paid so any my service tax return will be file of 01-04-12 to 31-10-12 ?

how to reg and cal procedure of pf and esi

Hey Guys im an existing IPCC user,And i have also finished my graduation(B.com). Now i have a query that the results are to be declared by the 5th of Feb,my exmas were good i have appeared for both groups i have positive hopes that i will clear but as we know its IPCC results sometimes things dont wok accordingly. So now when I went to the Cuff Parae institute(3 months back probably) they told me that registration for Direct Entry for the Nov attempt is 31st Jan2013. And i want to start my articleship any how after results if I clear then through IPCC normal approach,and if by any chance I dont clear,I want to start my articleship through direct entry.I have completed my Orientation as well as ITT so i am eligible to start my articleship through direct entry. So is there anything I can do because if i wait for my results till the 5th of Feb then i would miss the opportunity to register for the November attempt exam. Can there be anything done for existing IPCC students so that they can wait for their results as well as if they dont clear they can register for the Nov attempt.

there is no option in investment there only in long term investment a coloumn
govt securities and in short term envestment shares, debantures etc.so please
advivice me tretment of deposited lic premium in b/s. thanks......

upto 31 mar. 2011 so balance 280000-730000=
207000 show as unsecurted loan or sundry creditors in balance sheet or other treatment and advice me the treatment of intarest thereon of Rs 23355 in p/l a/c and b/s? thanks sir......help me
