hello friends,
i have a small pvt ltd company, from 01-04-12 to till date i didn't paid service tax , now i want to paid so any my service tax return will be file of 01-04-12 to 31-10-12 ?

If your turnover in the current year that is from 1.4.2012 to till date is more than 9 lacs., u need to register for service tax., and from 10 lac above you need to pay service tax., only only on revenue more than 10 lacs., and from 1.4.2013 from first bill onwards.,
