You take a fair proportion say 60:40 or 65:35 or better 50:50.

You have to justify that it is used 100% for business purpose and not otherwise. Generally a reasonable proportion should be set out for personal purposes also to avoid further litigation. The word "reasonable" is very subjective and depends from person to person.
