I want to know, Can we sell machinery to Nepal without paying duty. What is the procedure for removal of it? Which invoice is to be used for such sell ?

I am taking registration for IPCC under direct entry scheme after passing T.Y.Bcom, and I completed my ITT & Orientation program before 31st July 2013 If I am not received certificate till 31st July 2013,Because 31st July is last date of summittion For May 2014.
Then can I start my article ship for IPCC both groups. If I requested to Institute that I am submitted my certificate after 15-20 days,then Institute can allowed me to for May 2014 attempt.

I want to whether it possible to efile TDS return with TRACE portal. if yes then tell me the procedure of efilling of eTDS return with this new portal..???
