Dear Experts,
A Listed Company re-appointed MD (whose term expires on 10th August, 2013) on the Board meeting held on 15th May, 2013 which is subject to approval of shareholders. The AGM will be held on 20th September, 2013.
Kindly let me know, the due date for filing the Form 25C and also the effect, if the MD is not re-appointed in forthcoming AGM.

Let the appointment get confirmed in General Meeting and then count the period of 90 days from 10th August 2013 and file Form 25C post AGM but before expiry of 90 days starting from 10th August.
