Tds on foreign trainees

25 June 2013 Foreign student come to India on trainee visa for retainer ship and if they earned in India for traineeship .Shall we deduct TDS on the payment which we paid them.

they will be stay in India 6 to 12 Months
But they have business visa but in visa mentioned internship.
