I have properitory company and I have taken a import and export code for the same. For expansion I wish to convert my company to a partnership firm with the same company name. Can I use the same IE code for my firm also?

One of my friend didn't file his tax return thorough online for AY 2013-14, can he do manual filing now, please advice.

As a company we contract with other companies for services. our HQ is in Singapore. As per the contract terms can we say that any legal disputes to be filed in Singapore Courts? The services are delivered in India and company is an Indian company registered under the companies act.

We have 2 units. While paying PLA inadvertently mentioned the wrong excise code and PLA payment got credited to another unit instead of which was suppose to be credited i.e. PLA was paid to one unit instead of another unit of same company.

Kindly let me know any way to come out of the issue and can be rectified.
