As a company we contract with other companies for services. our HQ is in Singapore. As per the contract terms can we say that any legal disputes to be filed in Singapore Courts? The services are delivered in India and company is an Indian company registered under the companies act.

if the disputes are related to services provided in india to indian co then the indian courts will have jurisdiction over resolving the disputes.
