I have make contract for trannig of CS & send contract form to institute ICSI before Registration of Professional Praogram. so Pls. Advise me that contract is valid or not if valid which effective date. or ans. no pls. advise me what step can be taken.

Sir i am in second year of articleship in delhi
my principal get death in july now as on date i want to gate transfer as per regulation 56 death of principal so what about the period from july to september? is this consider in my firm bcoz my firm complete the formalities and my articleship continue in the firm name now so if i get transfer what about the period fron july to september is this consider or turminat if i get transfer on the base of death of principal

I want to take a transfer there are only 9 days left for my completion of one year but i have a situation since my principal is out of station for 20 days so what are the formalities? Can i take transfer after he is back?

Dear sir,e sahayata team called and said to me that send form 109 and request on plain paper and proof regarding transfer,i wanted send the three,but my question is after sending above three when i have to rejoin at my new principal and what is the procedure?

On taking transfer on the basis of transfer of parents ground, can i give the permanent address as well as the correspondence address of my home town in the forms in spite of being registered in other city???

I have received a letter saying that I have been provisionally admitted to final ca and along with that send me a proforma of service agreement which I had already submitted with exam form will there be any problem for me giving exam ?? I have not received my admit card kindly help thanks in advance

i'm student of ipcc 2nd group, had appeared in may attempt 2013...i had applied for revluation of marks...bt the site http://icaiexam.icai.org/verification/check_result_ver.php is showing only statment saying marks has been changed....
bt is nt telling how many marks has been changed...
....can any1 help me out..to check the changes in marks.....plsssss........
