01 October 2013 Sir i am in second year of articleship in delhi
my principal get death in july now as on date i want to gate transfer as per regulation 56 death of principal so what about the period from july to september? is this consider in my firm bcoz my firm complete the formalities and my articleship continue in the firm name now so if i get transfer what about the period fron july to september is this consider or turminat if i get transfer on the base of death of principal

01 October 2013 but sir noe what can i do go for transfer on the basis of death of partner or not and if yes than what about period from july to september and i am working in partnership firm and i didnot know about the death of the principal my firm tell me tomorrow

send form 103 to icai along with form 109 and recommendation of surviving partner for your form 109
