I applied in exam form for Jaipur center, now due to some unavoidable circumstances , I have to choose any other center, my question is that can change in examination center is possible, I want to appear in exams from sikar, 110 k.m. from Jaipur... pls answer my query...it is urgent... thanks in advance.

I have completed my IPCC MAY13 attempt and i have started with my article ship training from sept 5th .franking and filing of documents has been done but have not submitted it as the principal has to take the transfer from delhi to mumbai. I so i can register myself by december .i will submit the same form with the additional fees . so will my attempt for final change ? ie whether they will consider 5th sept (with 300 additional fees or december ?

which study material do we have to refer for ca final may2014 attempt as there is no specific study material for it the new study material is relevant for nov 2014 do we hav to refer relevant for nov 2013

I have taken admission for IPCC. also completed Computer training and orientation program.
I am going to give exam in November-2014 with Group -I of IPCC.
Is it compulsory to complete article ship before giving exam. I have taken admission with option (without article) by paying Rs. 9000/-

If it so, TDS to be deducted only when it cross 30000/*
Ex: payment till September, it comes around 39000/- So tds to be deducted for only 9000/- or For the whole 39000/- to be deducted?

Additional director was appointed on 4/12/2008. His appointment is upto conclusion of next AGM 30/9/2009. now when i saw this co. signatory detail(on 17/10/2013 in mca portal) the person is again shown as additional director???? now i want to ask if we have to appointment him as director in next agm and give the info. in notice of AGM???

Hi, can we do articleship just in a company approved by ICAI or other companies as well which satisfies the criteria?

I know a company which is listed, has fixed assets greater than 10 crores, paid-up share capital also greater than 50 lakhs and revenues greater than 15 crores. But it's name doesn't appear in the ICAI approved list. Can I do my industrial training there?

My friend completed his IPCC G-1 in may 2013
and he also completed his MBA 1'st year regular,
he wants to complete his mba 2'2d year & ipcc group 2.

Now he wants to register for articleship can he do both at a time. can he disclose it.
what is the procedure & rules for it
