17 October 2013 Additional director was appointed on 4/12/2008. His appointment is upto conclusion of next AGM 30/9/2009. now when i saw this co. signatory detail(on 17/10/2013 in mca portal) the person is again shown as additional director???? now i want to ask if we have to appointment him as director in next agm and give the info. in notice of AGM???

Yes, it will show till you submit Form-32 with MCA.

The MCA will not automatically update your signatory details. As and when you file Form-32, the details of signatory will change through STP method.

19 October 2013 thanku sir... sir now that means we have to again appoint the additional director in the next AGM ie..30/09/2013. & give the agenda in notice of AGM??????

21 October 2013 No, you only file Form-32 of resignation of AD with effect from first AGM held after their appointment as AD.
