Can any one explain me term of "with article" in ca final form along with 9000.

It means u want to do articleship reg at time of reg for ca final also.
There are 2 options with article and without article while u fill up form for ca final reg.

If you have not paid article ship registration fee at the time of IPCC registration, then you will paid such article ship fee with final registration.
If you have paid article ship fee then ignore this word and you will only pay final registration fee.
So confirm at your end that you have paid article ship fee earlier or not.
