Dear Sir,

I had taken registration for classes from a branch of **** Institute and paid the full amount 10 days before starting the batch. & they give us provisional receipt on which **Non-refundable and transferable is written**.
I want to cancel my registration & i Inform the Branch by Return Mail for Cancellation 5 days before starting the batch.


But now the branch says your fees Amount will not be refunded.

please gives suggestion regarding this issue.

Sir, In my case, I have filled CPT online examination Form on 28/10/2013(i.e.Due date) and send the Printout (FORM) by Speed Post on 29/10/2013 (it is to be reached on or before 01/11/2013) but the Speed post reached on 02/11/2013.Sir, Will it be accepted by ICAI or not? and How can i know about the acceptance/reject Status of the examination form? Sir, Please highlight on this....

i have registered to write both groups in ipcc in this november. but plan to write only 1 group and the other in may next year. will i be eligible to get exemption in group 1 subjects that i score above 60 even if i do not attempt any group 2 papers though i have registered to write it?

My son qualified in CPT but could not complete IPCC. He has completed his B.Com.
Pl.advise whether he can now do his articleship and then go for IPCC exams.

I have passed my group 1 of IPCC in Nov 2012 amd group 2 in May 2013 i have started my articles on feb 6 2013. so when should i gt register for final and when will b my final attempt

hai sir, as per icai rules under direct entry system given that student before going to write ipcc exam he/she should complete 9months article ship & as well as during that he has to go for ipcc coaching.

so my doubt is how it is possible at a time we should go for article sip & ipcc coaching ?
pls give me correct decision how i should manage this in 9 months
