sir, I have started my articled training from 30/08/2012 and was in 2nd year of b.com at that time and have not filled form 112. Now I also wanted to give cs executive exams in june 2014 and my final year exam (b.com) will get completed in april 2014. Please guide me about filling Form 112 whether I can file it for both b.com and cs together? I have not yet registered for cs executive.

my friend had started my article on 23rd October, 2012 and due to certain reason she had changed CA firm.

The Form 109 mentions date as 23rd October, 2012 to 25th April 2013 and articleship in present firm had commenced from 28th May, 2013.

As per ICAI, an article can opt for Industrial training in his/her last year of articleship.

When can she apply for Industrial Training?
shall it be 22/10/14 or 22/11/2014

i have been undergoing articleship from last 7 months and want to take transfer with the intention to do industrial training. So do i need to first tell the principal, of new firm, before joining it.

my frnd got registered for articleship in BANGALORE.AS PER THIS PROVISION OF ICAI FOR APPEARING FINAL EXAM WHICH READS AS FOLLOW " The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held" is he ELIGIBLE TO WRITE MAY 2015 FINAL EXAM AS FROM 1ST MAY 2015 THAT IS FIRST DAY OF MONTH IN WHICH EXAM IS GOING TO BE HELD he WILL BE SERVING his LAST TWELVE MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP.HOPE YOU RESPOND QUICKLY AS his FUTURE DECISIONS ARE BASED ON THIS.THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Transfer of Articles - (19-05-2009)

IN 3rd point written

Every articled/audit assistant shall submit once in a year a specific declaration duly counter-signed by the Principal to the effect that the he is regularly attending training and his college hours do not clash with his articles timings and that no coaching is undertaken by him..

I am not transfer my employer, so whether i need to submit declaration copy.
