Regarding fee deposited in advance to pvt. institute

Dear Sir,
I had taken registration for classes from a branch of **** Institute and paid the full amount 10 days before starting the batch. & they give us provisional receipt on which **Non-refundable and transferable is written**.
I want to cancel my registration & i Inform the Branch by Return Mail for Cancellation 5 days before starting the batch.
But now the branch says your fees Amount will not be refunded.
please gives suggestion regarding this issue.

it is very much within their rights to deny you any refund if you agreed in advance that the said fees was non-refundable.
Regardless, better you go and meet the management in person and request for refund.
