I had taken registration for classes from a branch of **** Institute and paid the full amount 10 days before starting the batch. & they give us provisional receipt on which **Non-refundable and transferable is written**. I want to cancel my registration & i Inform the Branch by Return Mail for Cancellation 5 days before starting the batch.
But now the branch says your fees Amount will not be refunded.
