Use addendum deed. An addendum to a sale deed (or agreement of sale) is a legally binding attachment that modifies or clarifies the terms of the original agreement. It allows parties to make changes to the contract without creating a completely new document, for instance, to adjust closing dates or add new conditions. An addendum should be clearly written, signed by all parties, and should not conflict with the original agreement's terms to be valid. Here's a more detailed explanation: What is it? An addendum is a separate document that adds or modifies clauses to an existing contract, in this case, a sale deed or agreement of sale. It's a way to update the terms of the original agreement without having to draft a completely new one. Common reasons for using an addendum include changing the purchase price, closing date, or adding conditions to the sale.
