Can a Chartered Accountant Registered on mca portal as a Business User having role of Professional file AOC 4 , MGT 7 and MGT 7A of his various clients using his own portal login. If yes does the Company for which he is filing have to do some other formalities to authorize the CA to do the filing.

YES.
A Chartered Accountant registered on the MCA portal as a Business User with the role “Professional” can file AOC-4, MGT-7 and MGT-7A for multiple client companies using his/her own login on MCA v3.
👉 No separate authorisation filing on MCA is required by the company provided the prescribed DSCs are affixed on the forms.
