dear sir i am a direct entry scheme holder and i have joined my articleship in July but my principle sent my form 103 in October with late fee of rs 300 but i did not received my articleship registration letter, now i want to change my articleship in new firm
can you please tell me the solution of this problem

First Confirm from the ICAI office that you have got registration or not.
In case you have already been registered you can take transfer within a year.

go to the Regional office. ICAI does take sometime for issuing the registration and termination letter.

Firstly you get the registration letter from Institute for this you mark a mail on below link:
