sir, i had made an online payment for orientation batches but unfortunately i didnt receive any log in id & pssword on my registered email, although payment was made successfully, however i couldnt get any batch becoz all the batches are full nd i still dont have login id & pasword.....so what should i do sir...kindly tell me the solution

I want to convert my PCC to IPCC. What is the last date fir conversion of PCC to IPCC.

I made my ipcc registration in jan 2011, and given all attempts since nov 2011 till now nov 2013 . so, I have to re-register myself with rs.500 or allowed to apear with no fee for may 2014 attempt.

R Sir; I m now in my 2nd yr of articleship.i can take transfer on secondment base also.At the end if my secondment my articles ship i finished in point f view of institute.Now my extension is there which is 5to 6 months.whether I can do my extension in present employer or any other employer

Its very very urgent..

i registered for articles on oct 10 and submitted form 103 on dec 12 . i paid the required fee of 300 but i did not submit any condonation letter. the reason for delayed submission is that i was on leave till December 10th for preparing for group 2 examinations and also i was sick during the period. I was not sure of the exact registration requirements. can icai reject my articles registration.?
please can someone help me.? i am really worried cause i want to complete ca course as early as possible.
also, please tell me what to give as reason for delayed submission.? will icai accept this reason? should i take a medical certificate from the local doctor?
should i submit any other documents to icai as well?
please help - urgent!!.

Dear All

We are a real estate/construction company dealing in developement of group housing societies. When customer cancel their booking then we charges a damange compensation against their booking cancellation.
My query is that, are we liable to pay service tax on such amount forfeited on cancellation.
We are not collecting S. TAX from customers on the view that it is not any kind of service provided.

I registered for Articleship on 12.12.2012
and took transfer on 3 March 2013. Then re joined articleship on 6 June 2013. Now i want to take transfer again. but One year is over since DATE OF JOINING i.e 12 december 2012 but my articleship period is completed of only 10 months. So cai I Take transfer without any reaon i.e rule of taking transfer in first year of articleship?

I took termination on 22/07/2013( with in one year) but i re-register articleship on 22-11-2013 by taking a gap of 4 months so in which year i should give my attempt.

Originslly registered on 22-08-2012- 22-07-2013.
