14 December 2013 I registered for Articleship on 12.12.2012
and took transfer on 3 March 2013. Then re joined articleship on 6 June 2013. Now i want to take transfer again. but One year is over since DATE OF JOINING i.e 12 december 2012 but my articleship period is completed of only 10 months. So cai I Take transfer without any reaon i.e rule of taking transfer in first year of articleship?

14 December 2013 in your case one year service not completed in my opinion.,,

One more thing - What if my principal refuse to give his signature in Form 109 even after giving him valid reasons?
What could i do in this case?

16 December 2013 see as we all know that no permission required with in 1 year of articleship service

in your case you are not yet completed 1 year

i always recommend to contact icai regional branch for the solutions to any course related quiries
.
.
because what ever your seniors or other says what icai institute says is final
.
.
so just make a call or meet them in person and get their advice and go ahead..
.

you should confirm my opinion with icai and then only go ahead

16 December 2013 yes only when continously counted 1 year is over or if by adding all bits and peices days adds to 1 year ur eligible for taking transfer without taking previous ICAI permission and without signing form 109 by ur current ca u wont get ur self transfer on record by icai.
