sir, i had made an online payment for orientation batches but unfortunately i didnt receive any log in id & pssword on my registered email, although payment was made successfully, however i couldnt get any batch becoz all the batches are full nd i still dont have login id & pasword.....so what should i do sir...kindly tell me the solution

or you should personally meet the concerned officer at your nearest regional chapter of icai and ask him to resolve the matter.
