Hello, I am CA Aspirant and this nov 14 was my 10 th Attempt of Final overall. i cleared my 1st group in May 12. Now i am confused whether should i appear for Group 2 or not. I am Confused and Depressed.

I would like to know whether Service tax is applicable to the above mentioned services when provided to Central government. If no, kindly guide on the Notification under which the same is exempt.

My question is that I am running 27 now so would it be a an issue of age for job in corporate. Now a days I work as a Accounts Consultant in my town.

I cleared pcc in 2009, done with articleship in 2011, but haven't registered or appeared for final yet...I want to appear this year, can i appear this may? What is the procedure to be followed ? shall i apply for revalidation or shall i simply send the ca final registration form?

I hav already taken a dd for 4000 in favour f ICAI on 16.12.2013..nd I didn't join itt at that tim..am aplyng for current batch..dd usualy hav 3 months validity..so is it okay to register with te sam dd r shud I tak a new one?? tq in advance sir/madam

If yes,then please suggest me from where to refer examples. In study material as well as in bhandari sir's book, no examples are there

I Puran Chand, have completed my degree (B.Com) session Nov-2011 to Nov-2014 from sikkim manipal university distance mode, now i applied for m.com from ignou, they reject my degree reason as OFFCAMPUS,
Now, I am very thankful to that who give me right and reasonable (with some evidence) solution to get the admission,
