I HAVE QUERY ABOUT LATE PAYMENT OF TDS , IF TDS DEDUCTED ON 15 NOVEMBER 2014 BUT NOT DEPOSITED TIL 20/01/2015 SO HOW MANY MONTHS INTEREST LEVIED ON IT

My friend is undergoing articleship from 30/09/2012 and he will eligible for May 2015 final exams.

He already passed Group I of IPCC and wait for the result of Group II of IPCC which was written in Nov 2014.

If there is a positive result, can he will eligible to appear for Final Exams in May 2015? Kindly clarify the issue.

I am in 1st year articleship and i want to take transfer from existing firm.

But my principle is not giving me transfer..
is there anything that i can do, as according to ICAI norms there is no limit for taking transfer in 1st year.
