Ist year articleship transfer

20 January 2015 Sir,

I am in 1st year articleship and i want to take transfer from existing firm.

But my principle is not giving me transfer..
is there anything that i can do, as according to ICAI norms there is no limit for taking transfer in 1st year.

20 January 2015 but principal approval is must dear...

so request ur principal for the same.. if the matter is serious or he dont hve any reasons,,, consult with icai officials

20 January 2015 yes according to icai rules in first year there is no restriction by icai on transfer but even then you need to take ur current ca signature for taking a valid transfer.

20 January 2015 whether ICAI will help me if my employer is not ready to gime me transfer.?
