how amendments affect taxation papers and to what extent?

Dear frd. I have taken registration in IPCC in 2008 after that i converted it to direct entry system. and i have got exemption in 1 subject before 1.5 years. my question is do i have to register for IPCC again or my regn is valid for next attempt. if no than is my exemption is valid for the next attempt.

I have been appearing for my final examination in north india...for some reason i want to appear for may 2015 attempt in south india...can i do so?

can a SIRC OF ICAI member sign my examination form

I am student of ipcc and already appeared in Nov 2014 exam.Now iam preparing for May 15 attempt please anyone tell me Is there is any need to buy ICAI study material of taxation as iam preparing from Supplementary study material of Tax for ammendmend and rest from my study material. Is it OK

I am in CA Final and waiting for my Second Group Result and i already clear my first group. And now am thinking to join another professional course like cma or cs to add-on my degree, but i confused in selection to which i should prefer. And i want to do practice in future. Please suggest me appropriate course.

i haven't yet completed my gmcs though 1 year of my articleship has already elapsed. could any problem arise??

IS IT COMPULSORY,ONLY THOSE STUDENT CAN DO ARTICLE SHIP WHOSE BOTH GROUP OF IPCC CLEARED NOT SINGLE GROUP...

BUT IN NOTIFICATION THEY SAYS STUDENT CAN DO TRAINING AFTER REGISTERED IN PRACTICLE TRAINING..

I have filed form 108 in which i wrote 17-08-11 to 20-10-2014 as period of training with 215 leaves and i dint know i had to file another form for extension and now my boss has received a letter stating "the period of articles is not valid and change the completion date to 16/8/14 alongwith the corresponding leaves taken for our persual and further action" and make a DD of 100 rs because i filed the form on 10/12/14. Kindly advise me as to what should i do?

sir I passed 1st group of ipcc in nov 12 & then started articleship. my final due on may 2016. but didn't pass 2nd group. what is the time limit to pass 2nd group in order to appear in may 2016 (may'15/nov'15).

Dear sir, as per Rules and Regulations stipend has increased from October-Nov, 2014.but CA,s are not follow the Rules and Regulations.!!! why???
