16 January 2015 I had cleared both d groups of ca ipcc in nov 2013. I want to know the changes in ca final syllabus which should be taken place in ca final attempt in November 2016 and also want to know when should i start d classes for final.

16 January 2015 for nov 16 icai have not come out with such notification so far, so u need to wait for a while for same.

no, you must not start classes till sep15 after that picture will be more clear.

17 January 2015 at present nov -16 syllabus is not confired by any one.
now you can read the subject as taxes due to tax is very complicated and very easy if you clear all the concepts. and wait for time.

you can take class in june -2016
