Can anyone tell me about from which date would be applicable of increased stipend which cameinforce notification on 10th september 2014 for CA ARTICLES ? PLZ.

Still there is no increase but there is a propsal. See below link. It is just a draft. Date of applicability will be from the date of amendment in Chartered Accountant regulation 1988.
