the student whose final exam is due in nov -2015 but he is not passed his second group of IPCE in till may -2015. can he is eligible for doing advance it before passed second group...plz give answer as early as possible..

My articleship started on 17-4-2013 ,therefore my final exam duu on Nov 15, but i not clear One subject that is IT & SM in group 2 of IPCC. If i cleared that subject (IT &SM) in May 2015. so i m eligible for appearing CA Final Examination in Nov 2015..??

I got a letter from the institute regarding completion of adv. ITT training to be eligible for nov 15 exams... But i am eligible for may 15 not nov 15... In the letter it was written as as per theie records i am eligible for nov 15 exams.... my articleship will complete in may 15.. In between i made a transfer.. is this the case why i got the letter... i have submitted the examination form for may 15 exams... Plz help me regarding the same.... Thanks in advance...

Dear experts,
I have filed a balance sheet with ROC wherein capital gain on sale of land is booked. Now after filing ITR and paying LTCG tax, the registry has been cancelled by the authority being illegal.
Please guide:
1. If the Balance Sheet need to be revised?
2. If yes, how? (as the BS has been filed to ROC also tax audit report has been filed)

Please suggest any thing id comes across your mind.
My problem is I want to get back the LTCG paid, its huge.

Hi I'm referring Pankaj Garg for Audit. I'm not able to remember points. And i'm finding language of Practice Manual difficult to understand and remember. Can i skip PM and study only from Reference book? All the past year questions (not the answers to those questions, only questions) are included in my Reference book.
