This is Sravani. I am Doing my 2nd year of articleship. Actually i applied for degree under IGNOU and exams are going to held in June 2015 and i want to pursue CS executive in Dec 2015. As per our ICAI rules " A student cannot pursue more than one course" But after completing degree in june 2015. can I register for CS..? Please do the needful.

I have cleared both groups of IPCC and have sent the required forms for articleship registration. But i got a letter today from ICAI that the registration is pending as i need to pay further Rs 10000 to register myself to the final course. I am not familiar with this rule, and i have heard that if i register now i will get books which will be outdated when i write my finals. therefore i was planning to rgister next year. i have already paid rs 2000 for joining articleship. please guide me , and provide me the details.

Hello everyone, I'm in 2nd year of articleship and I had taken 3 months leave for coaching n 3 months for exams so I can't take leave anymore. sumdays before I met with accident n now I want to take leave for atleast 3-4 months n my principal is telling me to quit CA coz he won't grant leave. but I don't wanna quit ca. pls suggest me what shd I do?

My articleship was comlpeted on 16/08/2014 and I gave my first CA final Attempt in May 2014
I want to know the maximum time limit for comlpetion of GMCS ??
Is it any rule like You have to complete GMCS before 1 year of your firts final attmpt ?

My principal is asking to serve my extension under him only. He is not signing my form 108. I asked him for form 119, he threatened me by saying that he would spoil my career if I do so. please help its very urgent.

Is there any restrictions to attempt final examinations that there must be 9 months gap from IPCC attempt to final exams attempt? as I think there is no restrictions as such only thing we have to complete 2 & half years of articles with GMCS and ITT programmes.. so even if 2 nd group attempt is in may 2015 and if one clears it.. whether they can write their finals in Nov 2015??

Sir, i have completed 1 year 11 months of my articleship period. of which 11 months was done in my hometown (palasa, Andhra Pradesh) later I had joined in Chennai as it is useful for final preparation. now I need termination again as Iam suffering with jaundice which are having heavy food restrictions for next 6 months. So can I take termination again now? and can I join in same old firm i.e in my hometown?

Sir/mam.... i have a case of 6 days of articleship extension...i have done it in month of feb but couldnt able to submit the forms ...the forms are 103 and 108 in downloaded form ..my ques is
1) whether i can submit this downloaded form with late fee or i have to purchase the form from icai
2) if i have to pur form from icai then can i write the february date in it and submit it with form 108 or i have to register again for 6 days
