I did not send my form 108 within the stipulated time period.Now I have to take DD of Rs 300 and write a condonation letter.the delay was because of me.My doubt is who should write condonation letter?

I have completed my 8 months of articleship altogether. At my present office, I have spend about 2 months and now I want transfer from the firm because of the bad behaviour of the boss and the abusive language used by him while talking. But as I asked him for giving me transfer, he said that he hadn't given any transfer within his 35 years of practise, so its his theory of not giving transfer to any article. Once anyone has been admitted, he will remain there till the completion of his tenure. So I request you to pls help me out on this issue. What can I do on a safer side to get transfer from this firm. Pls help me out.

I joined for articleship on 05/09/2012.My training as per institute record is due for completion on 05/09/2015.But I have to serve training upto 18/11/2015, as I have taken extra leave .

Please guide me when the training period complete and when should I submit completion certificate to Form 108 to institute

i had taken up correspondence for my bcom along with my ipcc. But i did not appear for my fy bcom exams as the dates were very near to ipcc exams. now i wish to join a college for my bcom. the college (mcc) is ready to give admsn but does not know the procedure. i contacted mum university also but didnt get any help. how can i get admsn now?

I want to take the direct entry scheme for IPCC after completion of degree . So I would have to apply for the ITT training (100hrs) & Orientation training (35hrs) once I get the degree marks cards , is it right ? And also do I have to wait for some period of time to start my ITT training or immediately after registration can I start ?
