Ca is not giving transfer considering it as his own theory

11 June 2015 Sir,
I have completed my 8 months of articleship altogether. At my present office, I have spend about 2 months and now I want transfer from the firm because of the bad behaviour of the boss and the abusive language used by him while talking. But as I asked him for giving me transfer, he said that he hadn't given any transfer within his 35 years of practise, so its his theory of not giving transfer to any article. Once anyone has been admitted, he will remain there till the completion of his tenure. So I request you to pls help me out on this issue. What can I do on a safer side to get transfer from this firm. Pls help me out.

Firstly you have to keep one thing in your mind very clearly that icai will always listen what member say and not what student says
Seciondly you can take transfer or articleship completion certificate only when your principal sign it

so its better talk with him very polite and cooperate with him

14 June 2015 Vipul, what is the nexus of 8 months and 2 months in your query. I am sorry I could not get it. How can you spend 2 month out of 8 months of articleship OR alternatively have you taken transfer once and now opting for second transfer.... please explain....
And mind you...transfer is your RIGHT, to be exercised POLITELY
