sir, I want to know whether a CA can deny transfer within first year of articleship. What all steps one can take in order to fet transfer from that office.

Yes he can deny .. practically article cannot do anything
if you are in the first few months say 2-3 month then I advise you to leave the articleship

yes he can deny as it is at its sole disretion to do so. article can only request him politely
