In my form 26as in part G TDS defaults(Processing of statements) a short payment of Rs.2000 is showing.
What does it mean.

it means a mis matched TDS. The amount of TDS has not been paid by the deductor.

you need to follow up the matter with your deductore. Please remember it is your money which is supposed to be deposited by the deductor.
