i have a query related to Service tax
if transporter gets commission from supplier then he is liable to pay service tax or not??

if he is liable to pay service tax so under which notification will be applied?

12 June 2015 Yes he is liable to pay service tax. Service tax payable on all services other than those mentioned in negative list and mega exemption notification 25/2012.
