Hi,

as per para 43, clause(d) of AS 14 particulars of the scheme of amalagamation sanctioned ubder a statute are to be given in notes to accounts.

is it the whole scheme which should be reproduced in notes? or to what extent these particulars should be given in notes.

pls. help...

What is the treatment for the items less than Rs.5000/- under the company law as well as under the income tax act, if the items belongs to same block of assets.

As per examination form examination fee must be through DD only and DD may be of Scheduled bank.
My accounts are in private banks like HDFC, ICICI, IDBI. Can i make DD from these private banks or DD of any sheduled bank is complusory. (e.g. SBI,BOB,ETC.)

hey i have completed 18 months training under my previous ca but now i have taken termination from there in dec and posted my re-registration form (103)to kanpur 1 month ago with late fine but didn't get any letter from icai and i have to submit my examination form of pcc then in this situation from which ca i should signed the form. please help me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have completed CA Final and my articles get over on March 30th 2009 according to deed of articleship. but i have taken 312 days of leave for studies and for surgery which i underwent in 2006.My principal has signed exam forms stating my last date of articleship will be 30th march 2009.But now he wants me to extend articles for 2 more months as i have excess leave. I have already got a nice job to join in by April. i really dont want to extend my articles now. Please help as to what can i do...

As per 102 deed of Articleship, my articleship period was already completed on 5th February 2009.But at the time of filling CERTIFICTE OF SERVICE (provisionally) before writing final exam; it has been mentioned as 29th April 2009.

My question is whether I can submit Form 108 (service certificate for articleship) and apply for membership before 29th April 2009 based on the credit of excess hours worked?

Or please suggest any other mode of getting my membership before 29th April 2009.
