12 March 2009 As per 102 deed of Articleship, my articleship period was already completed on 5th February 2009.But at the time of filling CERTIFICTE OF SERVICE (provisionally) before writing final exam; it has been mentioned as 29th April 2009.

My question is whether I can submit Form 108 (service certificate for articleship) and apply for membership before 29th April 2009 based on the credit of excess hours worked?

Or please suggest any other mode of getting my membership before 29th April 2009.

13 March 2009 who has mentioned 29th? whether Principal mentioned? becuz you need to extned your articles for the balance period by filing 107.

13 March 2009 First of all thanks a lot for replying.

My principal has mentioned 29th April 2009.
i have not submitted Form 107 till date.
I need proper suggestion regarding steps to be taken .

13 March 2009 pl. submit 107 and file extension papers. i.e. that will reflect due to excess leave you need extension.

Step 1 File 107 and 102 again (for the balance period)

Step 2 Wait for ICAI reply and if not received then file 109 on 30-4-2009 statng that your articles are complete

Step 3 You must complete GMCS to receive membership number.
